I've learn a lot from people - human behavior. In Human Resource field we called it 'organizational behavior'. It refer to what an organizational member beliefs + value and the way they share that value together in the organization. Hmmm...a day step ahead, there is a lot of things that i need to understand. Sometimes, i still did not understand..some of my friends. Some of them i've known more than 5years. What or who is she/he is?? Quite difficult to recognize people. Maybe today they react like this..then tomorrow, they change into different face. People, sometimes they loose their own identity..and sometimes they always in process to find 'themselves'.
What i want to share this time is..how relax i am at this time and becoming this 2-3 days..before we continue our busiest project and assignment on Sunday night. Until...my eyes cannot closed properly and cannot dreams sweetly. There's a few movies that i want to spend my whole night to watch it. How come this semester??? A lot of uninterested subject...compulsory to be taken by HR student. Two law subject..Industrial Relationship and Organizational Safety and Health. Of course..we need to know a lot about it because in the future we will handle a lot of people/workers. But, for me they should teach this subject more properly to the engineering side such as civil, mechanical, architecture and others. Look at their engineers who build the highway/road/building. Everything...bad enough for me. Just look and see with what happened in Bukit Antarabangsa - the engineeres and contractor that develop that place. Even i'm not an engineers, i know it is not safe. No komen, i'm not particular and expert on that field.
My 'best apartment'..that i stay right now..have a syndrome 'non-healthy building'. It supposed not to be certificated because it really does not suitable to live in. But, what the contractor have done to make it..still standing in the earth till today. They have high intellectual thinking in designing and study about very difficult area - but morally...i don't know what to say. Money become more important than attitude/morale. My friends said that, we are in civil just design but our big boss make a decision. For me it just a simple theory about people - ethics. If you have an ethics, how bad your boss, how good you are..just mentioned our suggestion, the best way not only to get a revenues from that project, but can save other people life. In organization, to succeed we just not only do the work, but begins with identify the problems, planning and then involves in decision making. Not just talk..talk...and talk..but do the right thing. I always agree when people said money is very important. It's not because people nowadays are materialistic. But money..and money..is needed in life cycle. We cannot eat, buy food and of course i cannot cook my favorite laksa penang anymore if i don't have a money to buy fish. I cannot wear diesel jeans anymore. So, what?? The problem is...money cannot buy what we should have such freedom, loves.. When we look in context of raw materials, of course money can make people happy, smiles. But, how long that happiness can maintain..after that we still need a money to make we satisfied with what we have. And...the terms '..matlamat menghalalkan cara..' becomes more popular. Can you imagine, when we buy a 1million bungalow, and be proud of it. Then, a few years later..it crash. It cost more than 1 million...and the tears and lost. No komen...
That what i learnt in OSHA today. For the first time, i hate to attend OSHA classes. But now..i become more interested to know what is OSHA and to know the lecturer as well. She comes from a law background, and very serious woman. But..sometimes she's become an entertainer when the serious things became a joke.
P/S: Lastly..but not least. I'm sorry Lailul Ahad, once again. I will pay the money as soon as i can. I have the money, everyone have paid to me..but there is a lot of procedure need to be taken to transfer the money. Sory because a lot of your 'girlfriends' visit my blog and saw your photo. Nothing between us..isn't it? so what are you scared of?? I just delete the picture..not the article because you just asking me to delete the photo. Isn't it??? Since you've scared about others thoughts. So, why we need to hang out together as a friend..it's shame having a 'busuk' friend like me..walking beside you..isn't it?? But i love walking beside you and people will asking...what's that smell..where it come?? Ermmm...erm...someone beside you!!! Suka betul..menyakitkan hati anak manja.
